Here at MOOSE, we have received inquiries about submitting events to our online calendar service. To help assist in this process I am going to provide a step by step instructional blog on how to submit an upcoming event. Online event calendars are a popular source to obtain information about city events. Providing details about the event can help to attract attendees. So let’s begin, first go to MOOSE’s website; http://www.lancastercityevents.com
Once here, at the top of the site click the “City- Wide Events” link.
After clicking on the City- Wide Events link, this will bring you to the event calendar in which you can browse events happening within different categories. To enter your event click “Submit an Event.”
Next, enter in all information and details that are applicable to your event, we suggest providing as many details as possible so viewers can be fully informed on event location, time, date and cost. Once you have completed filling out all information, click “save” at the bottom of the form.
Once you have saved event details, a message will display thanking you for your submission. All events are submitted for approval before they will become available to view for the public. You will be notified via confirmation e-mail when your event has been approved or denied.
